Are you a parent or carer of a child with ADHD or who is neurodivergent?

Come and enjoy some precious time together in a fun, playful and welcoming yoga session created to help parents and children move, laugh, connect and relax together.

Life can be hard enough for both parents and children. ❤️

This is your opportunity to slow down, put everything else aside and simply enjoy being together.

🐸 WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

🤸 Fun and playful yoga poses
🐒 Animal-inspired poses and imagination
🙌 Partner poses to encourage teamwork and connection
😂 Lots of laughter and opportunities to be silly
💛 Special time to bond with your child
🌿 Simple breathing and calming activities
🧘 A peaceful relaxation at the end for both parent and child

There is no pressure to get the poses “right” and no need to be super flexible.

This is an inclusive space where children can move in ways that feel comfortable for them and where parents can join in, have fun and enjoy being present with their child.

And because parents need time to breathe and relax too, we'll finish with a lovely guided relaxation — a chance for both of you to slow down, settle and leave feeling a little lighter.
