ADHD 101: Understanding ADHD Executive Functioning & Everyday Life
To create a non-judgmental, practical and strengths-based understanding of ADHD, while exploring both what it can be like to live with ADHD and how people around someone with ADHD can provide meaningful support.
Facilitator Bio
Jessica M is a community member and advocate who is passionate about increasing understanding and awareness of how ADHD can present in women. Drawing on her lived experience, she truly believes that having an honest open conversation about not just women leaving with ADHD, but any other neurodiversity, reduces stigma, helps people understand their own neurodivergence, promotes acceptance, self-compassion, self-advocacy and hopefully, access to health care systems, accommodations in the workplace, at school, or even at home with self, family and friends.
