Led by J. Jody Janetta, a quartet of musicians from the group Adelante will perform live. Adelante is a multidirectional contemporary music ensemble. Adelante’s music is sonically expansive with a world music edge.
Adelante covers an eclectic range of musical styles. The ensemble blends contemporary classical, world/ethnic, ambient, folk and jazz - all through an open improvisation aesthetic. Adelante’s music is often described as “organic improvisational music.”
Tony Mascara on percussion, Clint Rhubart on guitar and Bandolin, Ethan Tinkler on bass and J. Jody Janetta on drums.
