Open to all, trainings are targeted at social to State League players who are looking to develop:
🥏 Fundamental skills,
🥏 Rules knowledge,
🥏 Zone offense & defence,
🥏 Structures & plays.
🕒 Arrive at 6:15pm, for a 6:30 start
🎒 Bring a light and dark shirt. Drink bottle.
