ADE ACiD JACK - Ron Carroll Tribute.
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, a special tribute to Ron Carroll will take place at the Q-Factory in Amsterdam during the ADE ACiD JACK Showcase. This event is part of the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) and is organized by Afro Acid, the influential label of acid house pioneer DJ Pierre and house legend Joe Smooth will be there.
An ode to Ron Carroll and the Chicago house scene
Ron Carroll, known for his powerful vocals and energetic house sets, is central to this tribute. As a key figure in the Chicago house scene, he has collaborated with greats such as DJ Pierre and Joe Smooth, who will also be present at the event. His contribution to house music is celebrated with a line-up that brings the rich history of acid and soulful house to life. The other DJs from Chicago are Gettoblaster, Stacy Kidd and upcoming talent BRKN.

The showcase runs from 12:00 to 22:00 and offers an impressive selection of artists:

- Maroo, Rayhane - DJs from Mosaique FM coming from Tunisia to play the house, tech-house and techno beats from Africa during the ade.
- Alex π, Spectral Species, BRKN, Lars Tindal, P3RU, Chester Code, Haze-M, Mike Anderson, Sonny Xander and Fadoua Mae – Artists who combine acid, techno and house in a unique way.
The Q-Factory is transformed into an intimate, raw club experience with minimal visuals and maximum musical impact. The event promises a deep dive into the underground vibes of Chicago, brought to the heart of Amsterdam.
