Burnout Support Meetup in the Park

Did you know that 65% of working parents report burnout symptoms? While there is broad awareness of postpartum mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, there is less conversation and healing around parental burnout, despite its prevalence. That's why APP has created a specialized support program to help parents navigate parental burnout at work and home, with the help of peers and professionals.

This meetup in the park is an extension of our Burnout Support Program, providing a cozy, safe environment to meet other local parents with past or present experiences in parental burnout.

Bring yourself, your partner, and/or your child(ren) — all are welcome for this open meetup. Bonus points for 🎃 costumes!

We'll be seated at the tables with the red umbrellas in the corner near the playground. Look for a green baby helmet.
