Artificial Intelligence is moving fast, and many professionals feel caught between curiosity and uncertainty. While access to AI tools has never been greater, knowing how to use them effectively, safely and responsibly remains a challenge.

In the first part of the session, Surya Ramesh will introduce the Future-Proof Professional™ framework, a practical roadmap for professionals looking to close their AI Readiness Gap. Together, we'll explore why GenAI readiness is becoming an essential professional capability, cut through the jargon, and demonstrate how small, consistent learning habits can help build confidence with Generative AI. Attendees will also have the opportunity to try the demo for themselves and gain access to a free learning community where they can continue their AI journey alongside other professionals.

In the second part of the session, Iman Naja will explore the security, governance and risk considerations surrounding AI Agents. As organisations begin adopting increasingly autonomous AI systems, understanding cybersecurity, guardrails and responsible AI practices is becoming just as important as understanding the technology itself.

Together, these presentations will provide a practical introduction to both the opportunities and risks of Generative AI, helping attendees build confidence, identify real-world use cases, and take their next steps with AI responsibly.
