Adaptive Yoga with Move Through Yoga

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, The Arc ADE is proud to partner with Move Through Yoga to bring our community together in support of this year’s theme: “More good days, together.” We warmly invite individuals and families of all abilities to join us for an inclusive adaptive yoga class with Move Through Yoga at The Arc ADE.

This class is designed to be fully accessible, welcoming children and adults of all abilities. The session will offer adaptable movement, breathing practices that support nervous system regulation, and gentle moments of rest and calm. Participants are encouraged to engage in whatever way feels safest and most comfortable - whether that means moving, resting, observing, or taking breaks as needed.

No prior yoga experience is required. Caregivers, family members, and support professionals are welcome to participate alongside the individual they support. We would love to welcome you into this supportive and inclusive space.

All supplies will be provided but please feel free to bring anything that would make you feel more comfortable.

Light refreshments will be available throughout the event!

Note, there will be a required waiver form to be completed prior to the class.
