What:

Join us at 09:00am before we begin our first adaptive workout with Gymshark Fitness Pros at 09:30am. With mixed-ability groups of 4, meet new people and complete your workout as a team. This will be followed by post-workout snacks & refreshments so you can meet other fitness enthusiasts and maybe even future gym buddies. For those who can't resist, there will be an optional recovery adaptive yoga class hosted by Fiona Callanan. Wind down with restorative movements and brighten your Sunday morning. Not to mention, after your training session, you can shop exclusively with £10 off your purchase, so really, it’s a win-win.

20th October, 09:00-11:30am with an additional optional yoga class beginning at 12:00pm.

• It’s first come, first served as spaces are limited
