The MUSWELL HILL CREATIVES MAKE AND MEND FESTIVAL is BACK this Autumn.
Join us on SUNDAY 20 OCTOBER from 1pm-5pm at the Hornsey Parish Church Hall* at 140 Cranley Gardens Muswell Hill for an afternoon of immersive crafts and mending workshops a local makers' sale and delicious food and drink on sale by local business Kate's Kitchen.
There's a host of fabulous workshops for you to book including PAPER LAMPSHADE making SASHIKO embroidery CLAY PINCH POT making and CALLIGRAPHY. We truly believe there's nothing better for the soul than getting stuck in to some craft or breathing new life in to much loved items through repair. Many of the workshops are suitable for children. There will be some workshop drop-in availability on the day but pre-booking of workshops is advisable.
We're delighted to be partnering with the Muswell Hill Sustainability Group who will be offering sustainable living advice and have arranged for local bike shop to demonstrate and undertake basic bike repairs outside the hall.
