Adaptive Tennis

Adaptive Tennis at Hammond Park is designed for players of all skill levels with physical disabilities or limitations. With instruction from Minot High and Minot North Tennis, participants will receive personalized coaching to improve their game in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, this program offers a great opportunity to develop skills, get exercise, and connect with others.

Session Details

When: Wednesdays, 6:15 - 7:15 P.M.

• April 15, 22, & 29
• May 4

Where: Hammond Park Tennis Courts

Cost: Free

Eligibility: Adaptive participants ages 5 and up

Required: Participant consent form

Participants should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic clothing. Tennis rackets will be provided if needed.
