Balance and muscle strength are two of the fundamental building blocks for motor control and healthy lifestyle. We believe that with the use of obstacles kids of all ages can become the strongest versions of themselves.
Our Adaptive Ninja Class is for any student with a developmental disability or who is neurodivergent who wishes to learn and get some energy out with obstacles- they'll build strength, balance and coordination while meeting new friends and having some laughs.
Our Head Instructor is Zach; he has been a part of our gym for almost 8 years and has recently begun teaching Adaptive Ninja in our Weymouth location. We are thrilled to have him on our team helping us with the goal of making obstacles possible for all.
This is a 4 week program for kids ages 6-13 of all abilities. We do have a few questions upon registration that will allow us to make the appropriate adaptations for all students. If you have a provider or supports in place for your child they are more than welcome to accompany.
