About this Event
Join Yuki Riley for a deeply thoughtful and empowering weekend of training on Adapting Yoga for Individual Needs. This immersive module explores how yoga can be skillfully adapted to meet the needs of diverse populations, regardless of age, body type, background, physical ability, emotional state, or cognitive capacity. You’ll gain essential tools to create inclusive, individualized practices that honor each student’s unique experience of yoga.
“People are more important than the poses, and it’s better to adapt a pose to a person than a person to a pose.”
– Accessible Yoga by Jivana Heyman
