Thrive is excited to have New Ground Wellness deliver a workshop at our CMHA clubhouse in May!
Workshop Overview:
Had a recent change in your life or finding it hard to bounce back when things don't go to plan? Change is constant — but that doesn't make it easy. This session gives people a realistic framework for navigating uncertainty, processing setbacks, and moving forward with more confidence.
Facilitator Bio:
Lucinda Bibbs is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, breathwork facilitator, and workplace wellness educator with over a decade of experience supporting both individuals and organizations in mental health, wellbeing, and human development. She is the Co-Owner of New Ground Wellness, where she helps individuals, teams, and communities build sustainable wellbeing and resilience.
Lucinda’s work sits at the intersection of mental health and organizational wellness. Drawing from her background in counselling, organizational psychology, and somatic practices, she specializes in nervous system regulation — supporting both individuals and collectives to move from stress and burnout toward greater balance, clarity, and connection.
Through workshops, presentations, and experiential practices such as breathwork, Lucinda creates spaces that blend evidence-based psychology with practical tools for everyday life and work. Her approach is grounded, accessible, and focused on helping people reconnect with themselves, their teams, and the deeper purpose behind the work they do.
