Join Sara for Adapting Asana: Embodying Yoga’s ancient wisdom to create an accessible practice.
In this workshop we will discuss Yoga philosophy, how it applies to accessibility, and build a framework for adapting any asana (posture) or practice. We'll talk, we'll move, and even explore the benefit of props and how to incorporate them into a sequence to help enhance your personal practice!
This workshop is suitable for practitioners of all levels. Beginners will benefit from developing this skillset early in their practice, and the seasoned yogi will have the opportunity to fine tune their familiar tools while exploring something new!
