Join us in a three part series: Adapt or Die—Nonprofit Resiliency in Times of Change (Practical tools for leading your mission in the current operating environment.) Leverage partnerships and volunteers to expand capacity
Session 3 – December 4 Rebuilding for the Future: Business Model Bootcamp
When the world changes, your blueprint for impact has to change too. Map out or refine your nonprofit’s business model to meet today’s realities and tomorrow’s opportunities.
You’ll learn to:
Connect your mission to a sustainable, adaptable operating model
Define your core value proposition for funders and partners
Build a roadmap for decisions in 2025 and beyond
