Welcome to the Kingdom of Greyfork. Once years ago, the epicenter of the return on the demi humans and all races back to the world after a millennium of being gone. Now the forests have elves, halflings and other fine folk.
The Baron of the town of Rota Kiwan has put out a call of help from brave adventures to find the source of the evil that now threatens his Barony. Trade has been damaged and people are scared. A call has come, not only from the Baron but from the Northern Seas Trade Federation.
You want some adventure, some coin, fame. Come to the Inn of the Bouncing Betty. Some say that adventures who help will be offered classes at Milo's College of the fine Arts, and Bog's Training academy. Come learn skills of Magic and combat by some of the finest teachers anywhere. There are many Temples to gain favor with as well.
What they know.... Lizard Men mainly are coming out of Hack berry Swamp. They are attacking anything they find, farms in the area are getting sacked, families disappearing even trade barges sunk. There are many paths in the swamp, it's about 50-50 solid and muck. Visibility is 50 feet normally, heavy tangles off the trails. Rumors of an old Lizard man deity making a return, unknown if it's true of false.
Come save a town, be the hero
Pregens will be offered, game starts Friday June 14th.
The game is a mix of 1st and 2nd.

The DM has been a forever DM with over 49 years playing the game. This world has been an ongoing world since around 1977.

Character creativity is rewarded, fun is expected.
