Join Dr. Andrea Izquierdo, L.Ac. of Bodhi TCM Acupuncture and Kate The Great of KTG Yoga & Wellness for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to help you release, reset, and realign mind, body, and spirit.
This event takes place on the night of the new moon and the eve of the Autumn Equinox, one of the most powerful moments of the year to reconnect with yourself and set clear intentions.

What to Expect:
✨ Guided Meditation
Kate The Great will lead a grounding guided meditation to honor the New Moon’s invitation for reflection and renewal as we transition from the vibrant energy of summer into the grounding embrace of fall season.
✨ Acupuncture
Dr. Andrea will apply an acupuncture protocol to regulate your nervous system, increase circulation and support emotional balance. You may notice your breath deepen, your mind quiet, and a sense of peace settle in.
✨ Immersive Sound Bath
As you rest in acupuncture, you’ll be immersed in crystal bowls, chimes, and healing instruments led by Kate The Great. These vibrations gently shift your brain into deeper states of rest, allowing your body to heal and restore.
✨ Gentle Movement & Breathwork
Ease into stillness with light movement and guided breathing to prepare your body and mind.
✨ Grounding & Integration
We’ll close the evening with time to reflect and integrate, so you leave feeling nourished, aligned, and restored.
✨ Hydration Station
Enjoy LMNT electrolytes to support hydration, circulation, and full absorption of the healing experience.
✨ Take home auricular therapy
Before you leave, you’ll receive custom ear seeds applied to extend the effects of your treatment at home. These tiny seeds sit on specific acupressure points, allowing you to continue stimulating calm and balance in the days that follow.

This event is intentionally scheduled on the night of the new moon and the eve of Autumn Equinox (9/22), a rare overlap that marks the beginning of a new season.
