✨ Acupuncture Sound Bath - Friday 15th November ✨Join me for a very special evening of acupuncture and sound healing. Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner Hayley Curd @markfieldacupunctureclinic will join our sound bath to deliver the additional healing benefits of acupuncture.
Incorporating acupuncture with sound healing can improve the overall effect of the treatment. Acupuncture can help to clear blockages in the body, while sound healing helps to put the body into a state of relaxation and increase the stimulation of the acupuncture points.
During the first 30 minutes, Hayley will go over what points are best for the session and explain the combined benefits of acupuncture with sound meditation.
Followed by a 60 minute sound bath.
Using traditional Chinese medicine, tapping into your Qi and letting the energy flow freely through your entire body.
Hayley will be using Auricular acupuncture in this session which means the thin needles will be placed into one of your ears: generally there will be 5 needles in your ear (and no it doesn't hurt 🙂 just a scratch when the needles first go in).
Hayley can also offer acuseeds if you prefer not to have needles, these will be applied to the same pressure points on the ear 👂
Acupuncture seeks to realign disharmony in the organs to ensure balance and enable the organs to perform at their best.
An event not worth missing, if you have ever fancied trying acupuncture but feel unsure, this is a wonderful introduction to the powerful practice.
