Acupuncture Sound Bath

Sound bath uses instruments like crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, etc The frequencies they produce work on the nervous system to take the participants out of "fight and flight" and engage the parasympathetic nervous system. This creates deep mental relaxation, decreases stress & anxiety, lowers heart rate & blood pressure. The entire body relaxes and participants feel rested as if they have taken a nap.
Acupuncture is commonly used to support relaxation and overall well-being. Many people find treatments calming and restorative. Ear seeds are available for those who prefer a needle-free option. Join us for an evening of sound healing and acupuncture designed to help you relax, unwind, and recharge.
Participants should arrive to class at least 15 minutes early to sign the waiver for the session.
Things you need to bring to session:
- * yoga mat (we have a couple at the store if you forget to bring one)
- a small pillow to rest your head
- light blanket
- Eye mask
Everyone will get a chance for a small Q/A session at the end of the event.
* There will be a limited number of zero gravity chairs for those who indicate a preference in the notes.
