Join Arlyn of Awaken Spanda and Cassie of Devine Acupuncture for a powerful experience of integral sound combined with the healing power of acupuncture. Cassie will initiate gentle articular acupuncture during a guided meditation to enhance your overall well-being. This will consist of tiny needles placed in the outter ear. As it is said the ear represents the whole body. The sounds and vibrations will allow you to fall deeper into a meditative state, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and rejuvinate. Making for a dynamic energetic experience unlike any other.

Community and tea are offered afterward. Relax and enjoy the portico.

When you arrive you will enter in through the side gate and walk through the patio, and remove your shoes before entering the double doors.
