Acupuncture treatments are relatively painless. Some areas such as the hands or feet can be more sensitive, however they also tend to be very energetically powerful. If there are any intense sensations, they generally go away within a few seconds and you will feel a calming, relaxing feeling throughout your body.

Christina Nguyen

Christina Nguyen is a second generation integrative medicine practioner, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who specializes in Traditional Chinese medicine, women’s health, infertility, cosmetic acupuncture, pain management, and mental health. With over 13 years of experience, her treatments focus on realigning the body and soul by uncovering the root cause of illness. She uses many modalities to achieve success for her patients including herbal formulas, diet and lifestyle changes, cupping, cranial sacral, and electro-acupuncture to create individualized protocols to support each patient’s needs.

Darren Obong

Darren is a space holder and wellness curator who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
