Acupuncture & Sound Healing Workshop

Acupuncture and Sound Healing is a powerful reset for your body, mind and nervous system. This experience combines two powerful tools for relaxation and healing. While 2 gentle acupuncture points are used to calm your nervous system and bring balance to the body, you’ll also be guided into a deeper rest and relaxation through the vibrations of the crystal bowls!
First we will shake off the days stress then we will relax comfortably while Nile takes your pulse and then places two calming acupuncture points on either the hands or the feet. Then live music will carry you into a deeper relaxation. Together acupuncture and sound create space for your body to RESET and let your mind REST.
What To Bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, and water.
