@kirstyarthuracupuncture and @amy.at.sacred.sounds are proud to announce a very special collaboration of sound therapy and acupressure launching on the 16th May 2024 at 8pm at @johnsmeatonlcWe are starting a monthly 90 minute session incorporating therapeutic sounds with the relaxing benefits of acupressure using earseeds and magnets on acupuncture points on the body!
Tickets have already sold so please get in touch if you would like to book a space as spaces are limited!
Full payment of £25.00 is required upfront.
What you will need:
•Comfy clothes, layers for warmth or cool layers if it’s hot, blanket, a cushion for your head, eye mask (optional)
•Journal & a pen
•Water bottle for rehydration
*Please be aware this is not suitable for people in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker, people with epilepsy or severe mental health problems or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Herbal teas will be served in the first half an hour whilst ear seeds and magnets are placed on acupuncture points which create balance and relaxation followed by 60 minutes of sound therapy!
