Ladies our Infinite Women session in the Morecambe/Heysham/Lancaster area for the month of September will be looking at the topic of Acupressure.

Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain and promote relaxation. It's similar to acupuncture but uses fingers instead of needles.
You can use it at home by finding and applying pressure to these points, potentially helping with issues like headaches, nausea, and stress.
Session Date is as follows:

Our sessions last for two hours and cost just £10 for an hour with the guest speaker, refreshments and time for socialising.
