*Limited Yoga mats and cushions are avialable at first come first serve. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows. mats and whatever else you need to lay down comfortably.

We do have two large arm chairs those who need/ want to sit up comfortably. Please reach out to request seating in advance.
