ACTV Studio IRL: Vuori La Encantada x Barre 3

Join us for an ACTV Studio IRL with Barre 3 as they take over the La Encantada Courtyard for a 45-minute class that is a full-body workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. You’ll move through low-impact, high-intensity sequences designed to build balance, endurance, and core strength while finishing with a grounding stretch. Every class is adaptable, making it accessible and challenging for all fitness levels.
