ACTV Studio IRL: Vuori Brickell x Daily Flows Movement Studio

Join Vuori Brickell City Center for an in-store workout on Saturday, March 28th. Led by Isa Maldonado, founder of Daily Flows Movement Studio, enjoy a fluid movement class blended with strength-based sculpt exercises. Using light weight and intentional controlled sequence, this class builds strength, stability and endurance while staying deeply connected to breath and flow. After class, all guests are invited to stick around for shopping and refreshments.
