Actors+Co: Walk & Talk

Being a performer takes heart, grit, and relentless determination—and we're here to support you on that journey!

Walk & Talk is a new monthly Saturday stroll in a London park for actors. Once a month we’ll gather in a different London green space for a 90-minute Saturday morning walk, ending in a cosy local café.

It will be a relaxed and agenda-free space to share experiences, gain insights and connect with fellow performers. Think of it as a stroll with friends in the park; nothing more, nothing less. Plus, we’re family-friendly! Feel free to bring along your babies, children and dogs! We welcome all who want to be part of this nurturing and supportive environment.

Who are Actors+Co?
Meet Bea and Nicole, otherwise known as Actors+Co. One is a life coach and yoga teacher, the other is an acting coach and parent performer. We're passionate about creating welcoming, and non-judgmental space for professional actors to connect, share, and be heard. Our goal is to foster a network of actors who uplift one another. As Brené Brown says, ‘The two most powerful words when we're in struggle are 'Me, too.’ We echo that sentiment by creating an environment where vulnerability meets empowerment, the impossible becomes possible, and personal growth and courage can flourish. The ‘+Co’ stands for many things: connection, community, courage...coffee! We’re here to support you on your journey Let’s walk and talk!

Important: This event is free but you must register to attend this event. This helps us to have an idea of how many people to expect. If you can no longer make it, please ensure you cancel your ticket.
Meeting point: Outside Holland Park Tube Station at 10:45am for a 11:00am start.
11:00 - 12.30pm: Walk & Talk (lasting 90 mins approx.)
12:30pm onwards: we'll finish the walk with a coffee and a bite to eat at Aveda Cafe (9 min walk from Holland Park).
If the weather is inclement on the day: we will skip the walk and meet at Aveda Cafe at 11:00am.
