Acton's Independence Day Celebration-July 2, 2026

Join us for a Patriotic Celebration on Thursday, July 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at NARA Park.

Family Fun Time | 4:00–7:15 p.m.

Kick off the celebration with an afternoon of family-friendly activities, including:

• Complimentary beach access and swimming
• Inflatables and games (unlimited wristband for inflatables and games $15 - credit card purchase only, no cash, credit convience fee added to base wristband cost)
• Family activities and DJ entertainment

Welcome Ceremony | 7:15 p.m.

The evening program begins with a welcoming ceremony featuring local government officials; a reading of the Declaration of Independence by Acton Resident and for Select Board member Mike Gowing; the Acton Minutemen will play their fife and drumms and conduct a musket volley; and Kiki Donahue will sing our National Anthiem and God Bless America.

Live Concert | 8:00–10:30 PM (intermission from 9:00-9:20 PM)

Enjoy a performance by The Boss Project – A Tribute to Bruce Springsteen, featuring two sets of classic hits.

Laser Light Show (starts at approx. 9:30 PM)

A spectacular laser light show will be integrated into the concert experience on the second set of The Boss Project once dusk falls, creating a memorable evening for all ages.

Food Vendors

A variety of food vendors will be onsite throughout the event offering refreshments and festival favorites from 4PM until 10:15 PM

Free Parking

Parking is available at:

• Upper parking area for event at 71 Quarry Road

Please note: No rain date is planned. No shuttle buses or offsite parking.
