Activewear Awareness: Mini Seminar

Refresh for Spring at our Activewear Awareness Mini Seminar, where we'll discuss the importance of functional textiles in your daily activewear! Gather amongst a community of other holistic & fitness instructors, practitioners, & enthusiasts to learn about & discuss the benefits of wearing organic cotton, linen, bamboo viscose, and other textiles for your workouts and how they can enhance your quality of living. We will also go over the dangers of petroleum products on the skin and how to avoid them. Whether you're a full-time fitness instructor or go on daily walks, this seminar is for you!
