Join us for an important in-person training designed to help business owners, managers, team leaders, and safety personnel better prepare for and respond to an active threat situation.

This session will provide practical strategies and real-world guidance from experienced law enforcement professionals on how individuals and organizations can respond effectively during high-stress emergency situations.

👮 Lt. John Phillips
A 16-year veteran of law enforcement and the lead tactical instructor for the Wausau Police Department, Lt. Phillips has been training both officers and civilians on active threat response since 2013. He is certified in multiple advanced tactical programs including ALERRT, FLETC, and MACTAC.

👮 Officer Lemirand
Serving in law enforcement since 2009, Officer Lemirand spent 13 years on patrol and now works as the Crisis Assessment Response Team officer. He is a certified instructor in Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) through ALERRT and focuses on educating the public about personal safety, threat assessment, and building security.
