Lilac Birth Centre Active Birth Workshop
Are you keen to stay mobile in labour, use different birth positions and aim for a physiological birth? The aim of this workshop is to empower you with knowledge of what to expect during birth and ways we can facilitate alternative labour and birth positions, massages and natural pain relief.
