Active & Healthy Kids yoga

This 45-minute outdoors kids yoga class is interactive and fun, consisting of games, music, storytelling and relaxation. Kids to be accompanied by an adult parent/caregiver, who are encouraged to join in. BYO yoga mat or towel. Classes are held in a shady area, however, please bring appropriate sun protection (sunscreen and hat). Meet in the park opposite Anne Avenue. Recommended for 4 - 8 years.
