Join Alexandra and Paul for a journey through sound and energy.
During this session we will be activating and harmonizing the divine feminine and masculine energies within through the use of sacred sound and energy healing.
Paul will be taking you through a meditative journey through sacred drumming and activating your masculine. Alexandra will be playing the crystal bowls to take you into your divine feminine, she will also be activating your 13th (yin/feminine) and 14th (yang/masculine) chakras through the use of energy work. We will also be taking the time to integrate these frequencies at the end.
Please bring water and anything that will support your meditative comfort like pillow, mats, etc. There will be yoga mats and blankets provided for your use if needed.
