ACTION! Movie-Themed Photo Meetup

🎟️ March is the month of the Oscars, so I thought it would be fun to do a movie-themed photo meetup! We’re inviting all photographers, creatives and models, from beginners to pros, to join us for the next meetup happening on March 7th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

🎬Theme: Once the director calls “Action!”, who are you playing? Come dressed as a movie character of your choice. You could be the hero, villain, detective, rom-com lead or a misunderstood antihero. Feel free to pull inspiration from cult classics, romantic comedies, thrillers, or something completely original. Think: Lights, Camera, ACTION!

📍We're organizing this event as a way to continue growing the creative community in Ottawa, while highlighting a local business: Mayfair Theatre (@mayfairtheatre). This legendary location is the perfect backdrop with its vintage architecture and Art Deco elegance, standing strong since 1932 (damn!). Popcorn and snacks will be available to purchase during the event, and it’s even encouraged to use them as props for your photos.
