Join us for the weekly (year round) Auckland City Triathlon Club Run Squad with Coach Sam Keats.
60 to 75-minute session starting with a warm-up and run drills, followed by a main set of either intervals or hill repeats and a quarterly BRONCO!
All abilities are welcome for this FREE session. There is no need to be an ACTC Member but if you continue to come along it is appreciated if you support the Club. Annual Membership (which includes TriNZ Membership) is only $75.
Meet at the Grandstand in the Auckland Domain at 6.10pm with the warmup starting at 6.15pm.
