We are heading to Louisville, Kentucky from July 7–10 for the ACS 2026 Annual Conference!
Louisville has a deep quilting heritage, which feels incredibly fitting for us this year. Just like a classic quilt, the cheese community is built from distinct, individual pieces—our makers, mongers, retailers, and partners—coming together to build something incredibly strong.
You'll also notice a change to the calendar this year based on your feedback. We are moving to a new Tuesday-through-Friday schedule, kicking off with the Cheese Crawl on Tuesday, July 7th, and wrapping up with Meet the Cheesemaker on Friday, July 10th. The new timeline gives everyone a lot more breathing room to actually catch up, network, and attend sessions without feeling rushed.
