*what to expect*:
The day will be dedicated to both - regular h2h and reverse h2h
°Basic fundamentals and technique
°Different entries to h2h
°for advanced practitioners: pops.
°Chalenging flow with h2h variations.
This class is suitable for both total beginners (in H2H) and for more advanced that are already experienced in this skill.

Best if flyers and bases are comfortable and
stable in: star, sides, back-balance.
Flyer: 10s handstand against the wall.
Base: L-base 20s F2H extended arms and low.
