▶️ Du 24 février au 2 mars 2025 – Crest, Drôme ◀️
Une semaine en immersion au pays des DrÔmadaires pour faire du lien entre les participant⸱es, mais également entre les différents arts du mouvement.
Nos professeurs préférés se réunissent pour nous offrir des ateliers principalement tournés autour du L-basing et du standing avec l’envie de faire une progression sur toute la semaine.
3x3 rounds d’ateliers par jour, échauffements collectifs et conviviaux, dans nos deux grands gymnases, un bal folk pour s’amuser, et des ateliers de création artistique pour apprendre à se mettre en scène, suivis du traditionnel talent show. Une sortie nature est prévue le jeudi avec photoshooting, un sauna sera à disposition toute la semaine.

✅ Ateliers et niveaux :
Ceci est une convention pour améliorer votre pratique d’acro dynamique, mais ce n’est pas une convention pour débuter l’acroyoga. Elle se destine aux personnes ayant fait 6 mois d’acroyoga minimum, et surtout aux pratiquants intermédiaires et avancés. A chaque round, il y aura un atelier tous niveaux pour s’assurer que chacun puisse participer, et 2 ateliers plus avancés.
⚠️ Merci de respecter les pré-requis suivants pour un meilleur déroulement de l’évènement :
Standing : colonne à 2 stable
Icariens : chandelles et Throne to bird stables
Whips : tarzan swing stable
Attention : certains ateliers seront soumis à des pré-requis plus élevés.
👍 Pendant toute la semaine, une salle de jam sera dispo en dehors des horaires des ateliers (pour les plus acharnés).
Nous avons prévu d’installer des longes, si vous en avez une, svp contactez-nous pour qu’on puisse en mettre plus.
📅 Quand ?
Nous invitons les participants à arriver le dimanche 23 février dans l'après midi pour jamer, ou en soirée pour dormir sur place et commencer dès le lundi 24 au matin. (prévoyez vos repas du dimanche soir)
🗺️ Où ?
La convention se déroule à Crest, dans la Drôme, dans les mêmes gymnases que pour Crest Reçoit :
complexe sportif Saint Louis (200 m² de tapis) et Soubeyran (300m²). Tout l’évènement se déroule dans un complexe sportif à 3 minutes à pied du centre ville de Crest où vous trouverez toutes les commodités (magasins, restau, etc.)
🏠 Hébergement :
L’hébergement se fait dans des dortoirs de 6 places max du Lycée Saint Louis, des draps à usage unique et des couvertures sont fournis.
Les camions seront sur un parking à proximité (douches dispos au gymnase Soubeyran).
Il y a également des Airbnb dans la ville pour ceux qui préfèrent une ambiance plus cosy.
🍽️ Miam miam :
Les repas seront servis du lundi matin au dimanche midi inclus. Nous mangerons dans un réfectoire, merci de préciser a votre inscription votre régime alimentaire.
A noter pour ceux qui souhaitent ne pas prendre les repas qu’il n’y a pas de cuisine mise à votre disposition.
💶 Tarifs :
- La semaine, du dimanche 23 soir au dimanche 2 février, tout inclus : 450€
- La semaine d’ateliers uniquement : 280€
- Le week-end, du jeudi 27 soir au dimanche 2 après midi, tout inclus : 260€
- Ateliers uniquement : 190€
Politique d'annulation :
Jusqu'au 15 janvier, nous remboursons 50% des frais pédagogiques et 100% de l'hébergement et des repas.
Pas de remboursement à partir du 16 janvier 2025

Pour info : le terme acrodrome est utilisé pour caractériser les nervures secondaires d'une feuille qui se courbent en arc pour converger vers la pointe du limbe. Ce qui fait un joli symbole pour le lien que nous souhaitons impulser dans cet évènement.

We are proud to invite you to the First Acrodrôme Convention!
From February 24th to March 2nd 2025 - Crest, Drôme
A week immersed in the land of the DrÔmadaires to make connections between participants⸱es, but also between the different movement arts.
Our favourite teachers get together to offer us workshops mainly revolving around L-basing and standing with the desire to make progress throughout the week.
There will be 3x3 rounds of workshops a day, with friendly group warm-ups in our two large gyms, a folk dance to have fun, and artistic creation workshops to learn how to put on a show, followed by the traditional talent show. A nature outing is planned for Thursday, with photoshooting, and a sauna will be available throughout the week.

✅ Workshops and levels :
This is a convention to improve your dynamic acro practice, but it is not a convention to start acroyoga. It is aimed at people who have done at least 6 months of acroyoga, and especially at intermediate and advanced practitioners. In each round, there will be one workshop for all levels to ensure that everyone can participate, and 2 more advanced workshops.
⚠️ Please respect the following pre-requisites to ensure that the event runs smoothly:
Standing: 2 hight stable
Icarians: straight throws (chandellle) and throne to bird stable
Whips: tarzan swing stable
Please note: some workshops will have higher prerequisites.
📸 Throughout the week, a jam room will be available outside workshop times (for the most dedicated).

When is the event?
We invite participants to arrive on Sunday 23 February in the afternoon to jam, or in the evening to sleep on site and start on Monday 24 in the morning (please bring your Sunday evening meals).
🗺️ Where will the convention take place?
The convention takes place in Crest, in the Drôme, in the same gymnasiums as Crest Reçoit:
Saint Louis sports complex (200m² of carpet) and Soubeyran (300m²). The entire event takes place in a sports complex 3 minutes' walk from Crest town centre, where you will find all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.).
🏠 Accommodation:
Accommodation will be in dormitories sleeping up to 6 at the Lycée Saint Louis, with single-use sheets and blankets provided.
Trucks will be parked in a nearby car park (showers are available at the Soubeyran gymnasium).
There are also Airbnbs in the town for those who prefer a cosier atmosphere.
🍽️ Food :
Meals will be served from Monday morning to Sunday lunchtime inclusive.
Meals will be served in a refectory, so please specify any dietary requirements when you register. Please note that for those who do not wish to take meals, there is no kitchen available.
💵 Prices :
Early bird until midnight on 30 November :
- The week, from Sunday 23 evening to Sunday 2 February, all inclusive: €450
- The week of workshops only: €280
- Weekend, from Thursday 27 evening to Sunday 2 afternoon, all inclusive: €260
- Workshops only: €190
From 1 December :
- Week, from Sunday 23 evening to Sunday 2 February, all inclusive: €490
- Week of workshops only: €320
- Weekend: Thursday 27 evening to Sunday 2 afternoon, all inclusive: €290
- Workshops only: € 230
Cancellation policy:
Up to 15 January, we will refund 50% of tuition fees and 100% of accommodation and meals.
No refund from 16 January 2025 onwards.

FYI: the term acrodrome is used to describe the secondary veins of a leaf that curve in an arc to converge towards the tip of the leaf blade. Which makes a nice symbol for the link we're hoping to encourage with this event.
