Starting in January, we will be trying out a new format for our monthly acro partner yoga workshops. We will be running these classes at the Fontaine Community Centre, from 1:30-3:00 pm. This will give participants some content that they can work on during the jams, which will start immediately after the workshop.
Come join Justine and Marc for an exhilarating exploration of this partner based yoga practice that fosters creativity, connection and consciousness. It is a wonderful way to put into practice both the physical and philosophical principles of yoga…in an exceedingly nourishing and fun way!
No need to bring a partner; we will find you someone to work with! We hope you will come join us and discover this amazing practice!
Cost: There is no charge for these classes; however, if you feel so inclined to recognise the energy exchange, may we suggest that you make a donation to a charitable cause or foundation of your choice? We will not be tracking these donations, so you can also manage them any way you wish. Again, this is just a suggestion; we are happy to offer these classes for free, and our intention is to make them as accessible as possible to everyone, with the aim of spreading awareness of this practice.
