The cover charge is used to provide the main food, drinks, etc.

*The ACRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation for the picnic at its sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons such as event capacity, eligibility requirements, or violation of event policies. In the event of a refusal or cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the registrant within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
