Join Esther Marcella Hoffmann for an hour of writing and reading. A fiscal year 2024 recipient of a Creative Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Art Board, Esther will briefly describe the creation of Acorn Trust Prompt and Poetry. Participants will have a chance to create their own writing based on one of the prompts. The hour will close with Esther reading poetry from the second part of Acorn Trust with participants having the option to share the writing they created that evening. Free and open to the public, and copies of the book will be available.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to the legislative appropriation action from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
