What you need to know!
This is a 2-day event. Please check to see which divisions are on each day.
- Must be a resident of West Virginia to participate in all events
-Blind Draw is open to anyone (resident of West Virginia) and membership is required to play.
-You must pre-register for all events you plan to play in no later than May 31st or you will pay the "walk up" fee.
-No prepayment. Must pay at the door for all events.
-ALL DIVISION WILL FOLLOW EACH OTHER ALL TIMES ARE APPROXIMATELY
Day 1- June 5,2026
Doors open at 5:00PM
Womens Singles, Juniors Singles, and Seniors Singles all at the same time. Coed to follow.
Women's Singles
Registration - 5pm
Start time - 6pm
Entry - $10 ($20 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
Senior's Singles
Registration - 5pm
Start time - 6pm
Entry - $10 ($20 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
Junior's Singles
Registration - 5pm
Start time - 6pm
Entry - FREE
Payout - Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
COED Doubles
Registration - Anytime between 5pm and time tournament starts. Start time - Right after all Womens, Juniors, and Seniors championship.
Entry - $20 ($30 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
At the end of the evening, and if we have time, we will run a $5 blind draw if players want to stick around.
Day 2- June 6, 2026
Doors open at 11am
World Doubles
Registration - 12pm
Start time - 12:30pm
Entry fee - $20 team ($30 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
Blind Draw
Registration - Anytime between 12pm and time the tournament starts.
Start time - Immediately after Doubles finish.
Entry fee - $10 ($20 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
World Singles
Registration - Anytime between 12pm and time the tournament starts.
Start time - Immediately after Blind Draw finish. Entry fee - $10 ($20 walk up)
Payout - 80%, Trophy for 1st & Option to purchase your own State Championship jersey through the ACO.
Time to see who the best in the state is. Come to see who will take home the titles in each division.
