Come join us at the ACNC Fayetteville- Wellness & Opportunity Center for a fun and energetic Chair Zumba session led by the amazing Stephanie Brown Kegler of Dancing w/out Sin! Get ready to move, groove, and feel the burn all while seated comfortably OR standing. Steph is bringing out the exercise bands and paticipants will leave with one to exercise at home.
