United Way Suncoast is excited to present a fantastic volunteer opportunity with ​​Girls on the Run for our 34th Annual Week of Caring.
Girls on the Run empowers young people of all abilities to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills that support their emotional and social well‑being. Throughout the season, volunteer coaches lead lessons that blend physical activity with essential life skills—managing emotions, fostering healthy friendships, practicing empathy, and strengthening a sense of belonging.
The season culminates in our Celebration 5K, a joyful, community‑wide event where participants experience the powerful accomplishment of crossing the finish line.

To ensure a safe, uplifting, and memorable experience for everyone involved, we rely on dedicated volunteers who help bring the event to life.
Volunteers will assist with setting up the course, tents, water and cheer stations, and other fun-tivities.
