The American Culinary Federation Upper Michigan Chapter is celebrating it's 2025 Chef of the Year.
Chef David Cotanche will be presenting a multi-course dinner at the Northern Center on the campus of Northern Michigan University. The menu is based on the dishes that have inspired him in his culinary career.
Doors to room Peninsula 2 will open at 5:00pm with dinner being served at 6:00 pm. Cost for the dinner will be $25 per person.
