About this Event

Mental Health First Aid skills can fade over time. This accredited 4-hour Mental Health First Aid Refresher Course is designed for people who have previously completed an accredited Mental Health First Aid course and would like to refresh their knowledge, update their skills, and maintain their confidence in supporting someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

Whether you completed your training recently or a few years ago, this refresher will reinforce the practical skills that make a real difference.

This course is suitable for anyone who has previously completed an accredited Mental Health First Aid course, including:

Is this suitable if I completed MHFA several years ago?

This refresher is intended for people whose Mental Health First Aid accreditation is current or has expired within the past three years. If your accreditation expired more than three years ago, you'll need to complete the full 2-day Mental Health First Aid course to regain accreditation.

Do I need to complete any pre-course work?
No. Simply bring your previous MHFA experience and be ready to participate.

Is this course accredited?
Yes. This is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Refresher delivered by an accredited Master Instructor.
