Welcome to Accommodation for Success 2026!

The event will begin with an inspiring keynote presentation, followed by a Reverse Job Fair that provides a unique, structured networking opportunity. During this session, job seekers with disabilities will have the chance to learn more about your organization and available career opportunities, while employers can engage with candidates to discuss their interests, skills, abilities, and career goals.

Lunch will be provided following the networking session.

In the afternoon, attendees will hear from individuals and employers who will share both their lived experiences and success stories, offering valuable insights into the impact of inclusive employment practices and the opportunities that arise when talent and accessibility come together.

We look forward to bringing employers, job seekers, and community partners together for a day of connection, learning, and opportunity.
