I have been a drummer for a long time and played with some really great artists. Accidental Jazz Orchestra is where I finally take the role of the band leader. As the name suggests the music will be jazzy but this is a more open interpretation of jazz, not jazz standards or anything like that. We are talking about funk, latin, breakbeats, house and Drum n Bass. Joining me will be some of Glastonbury's finest musicians with whom I have performed such as Riki Buckingham, Jenny Bliss, Ian Perry, Richard Mason and Adam Bulewski.
The night starts with some of the musicians mentioned above doing some of their own music with me on the drums. So far confirmed is Jenny Bliss with whom I do some drum n bass numbers and her playing bass. Yes you heard that right.
Also we have Riki Buckingham who needs no introduction with his crystal clear soulful voice and superb guitar playing doing some of his heart warming spiritually funky music.
We then have Ian Perry performing some of his beautiful soulful music and playing guitar in a most jazzy way.
Other performances will be confirmed.
Accidental Jazz Orchestra will then be the headlining act.
